Data we hold
Account details, booking history, payment tokens (never raw card numbers), and — for hosts — identity and property documents stored behind signed, time-limited URLs.
Message screening
Messages exchanged before a confirmed booking are scanned for contact details and external links. Detected content is masked and the event is logged for moderation review.
Location privacy
Listings display building and street level location publicly. Unit numbers are only released to a guest with a confirmed booking.
