Guest terms

Bookings are confirmed once payment is authorised. The stay is subject to the cancellation policy displayed on the listing at the time of booking. Unit numbers and access instructions are released on confirmation and must not be shared with third parties.

Host terms

Hosts must hold valid documentation for the property, including holiday home permitting where applicable, and keep listing information accurate. Listings that materially misrepresent a property may be suspended.

Communication

Guests and hosts communicate on-platform. Sharing contact details or attempting to move a booking off-platform before confirmation is not permitted and is automatically detected.

Payments and payouts

All amounts are charged in AED. Host payouts become eligible within 72 hours after guest check-in, subject to platform policies and any open dispute.
